Attention travelers: In an effort to simplify parking options, the hourly and daily parking lots have been combined into one lot, called Terminal Parking. Meeting Passengers Inside the Terminal
Individuals looking to connect with arriving passengers inside the Terminal may meet on the Baggage Claim Level. Drivers approaching the Terminal should follow the roadway signs for Terminal/Hourly Parking. The closest parking lot is across the street from the Terminal Entrance. Inside the Baggage Claim Area, the Flight Information Display monitor screens provide arrival information by city, and identify by number the corresponding Baggage Claim carousel serving that flight.
Most passengers and luggage arriving on INTERNATIONAL flights must be screened by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Several Flight Information Display monitor screens are located on the Baggage Claim Level and provide current information about the arrival status of flights.

Picking Up Passengers at the Arrivals Level
Drivers and passengers should agree on meeting at a specific Arrival Door, numbered 1-7, on the Arrivals Level. Drivers approaching the Terminal should follow the airport signs for Arrivals on the roadway. The Arrivals Level is for active loading and unloading of passengers only; waiting is not permitted. A Cell Phone Lot is available for drivers to temporarily wait until they receive confirmation that the passenger has arrived and is waiting at the agreed-upon Arrival Door.
Passengers leaving the Baggage Claim Area to meet a car and driver should proceed UP the ramp to the Arrival Door on the Arrivals Level.
