IFB-19-10221a: Replace Condenser Water Pumps, Dulles Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to replace eight condenser water pumps in the utility building at Washington Dulles International Airport. Work includes removing and installing replacement pumps, removing existing motor controls, installing variable frequency drive controllers, removing piping sections and installing new isolation valves. The project will be phased over a period of four years.

IFB-19-14324: Thermoplastic Pavement Painting Markings, Dulles Airports
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to remove existing pavement surface painted waterborne markings at Washington Dulles International Airport and replace with thermoplastic markings. The runway Holding Position markings are installed on concrete (rigid) pavement. The STOP and YIELD markings are installed on asphalt (flexible) or concrete pavements. The work must adhere to the latest approved Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars, Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), MWAA Design Manual.

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide court reporting services in support of binding arbitration proceedings for Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport.

Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide various types of retrofit filtered wall mounted drinking fountains with bottle filling stations in accordance with Airports Authority specifications for use at Washington Dulles International Airport.

IFB-18-33118: Design-Build Tasks for Closeout of DCMP Phase 2
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary design, labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perform work required to achieve close-out of Phase 2 of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (Silver Line). This work is to resolve work items that are associated with the original project scope but have not yet been accomplished. All work to be performed under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of task orders.
