USO Lounge
A USO Lounge (United Service Organizations) serving military personnel and their families is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The lounge is located on the Main level of Terminal A across from Lost and Found. For more information, call 703-417-8876 or click here.
Business Service Center
Business Service Center in Terminal C provide foreign currency exchange, insurance, facsimile and photocopying, notary public, and other services. Hours: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Telephone: (703) 417-3200.

Travelers Aid services are available in Terminals B and C (Concourse level and baggage claim level) and in Terminal A.

Seven Automated Teller Machines are located in the terminals. Foreign currency exchange is available at Customer Service Centers in Terminals B and C.

Baggage Carts
Smartcarte baggage carts are available throughout the terminals, parking garages, and at the Metrorail station. The smartcarte kiosks accept coins, $1- and $5-bills.
Lost & Found
Passengers attempting to locate lost items should check with their airline or Airport Police. Visit our lost and found page for more detailed information and to download a Property Release Form.
Reagan's Lost and Found
