How do I make a reservation?
There are 5 simple steps to making a successful parking facility reservation:

  • Select your date and time details
  • Select the parking facility that best suits you
  • Complete your personal details
  • Complete your payment details (Including selecting which bank card you will use to enter and exit the parking facility.)
  • Print out your confirmation email (Please remember that you will need to bring your selected credit card to both enter and exit the parking facility.)

Reservation assistance
Is a reservation fee applied to my order?
No reservation fee is applied to reservations made via this website.

How far ahead can I reserve?
You may reserve up to 6 months ahead of your travel date.

Can I reserve at short notice?
Yes. You can make a reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival time.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.

How do I know that my reservation has been placed?
Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email with a reservation reference number confirming all your details. You should print this email and bring it with you to the Airport. You can also view your reservation by simply clicking on “Manage My Reservation” at the top of the homepage. All reservations are made subject to our Terms and Conditions.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel all reservations.
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at no charge.
The simplest way is to click on the "Manage My Reservation" button at the top of the homepage.
In all communication please quote the reservation reference number.

What if I need to amend my reservation?
You can amend all reservations.
You may amend your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time at no charge.

What happens if I forget or lose my reservation confirmation?
You can still enter and exit the parking facility by inserting your selected credit card at the entry and exit barriers.
Alternatively you can have a new reservation confirmation resent by clicking on the "Manage My Reservation" button at the top of the website.

What is "Manage My Reservation"?
This service enables you to amend or cancel your reservation online. You can amend all your details including selected bank card details and dates for your parking reservations.

What is "Display Previous Reservations"?
This allows you to view the recent reservations you have made. You will simply need to enter your email address and zip code from the last reservation made.

What happens if I want to bring a different bank card to the one confirmed at reservation?
If you are going to use a different bank card to that detailed on your confirmation, you can amend these details to your reservation online by clicking on the “Manage My Reservation” function at the top of the website.
If you enter and exit the parking facility using a bank card that is not your selected bank card, you will be charged at the rates displayed at the entry to the parking facility.

How do I reserve disabled parking?
We do not differentiate the online parking for disabled users. If you require help or assistance please contact (703) 417-PARK.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What do I do when I get to the parking facility?
Upon entering your chosen parking facility, please insert your bank card at the entry barrier to gain access.
The confirmation email you will receive gives comprehensive instructions on what to do when you arrive at the parking facility.

What happens when I return to the parking facility?
Simply insert your nominated bank card at the exit barrier to gain exit.

What happens if I enter the parking facility prior to my confirmed reservation time or exit the parking facility later than my confirmed reservation time?
If you enter the parking facility before your confirmed reservation 2-hour grace period time, or exit the parking facility later than your allowed reservation, the bank card that you use to exit the parking facility (i.e. your nominated card) will be debited the cost of the time period, based on the rates displayed at the entry to the parking facility.

What happens if I want to bring a different bank card to enter the parking facility to the one confirmed at reservation?
If you are going to use a different bank card to that detailed on your confirmation invoice, you can amend these details to your reservation online. Simply click on “Manage my Reservation” function at the top of the website.
If you enter and exit the parking facility using a bank card that is not your nominated bank card, you will be charged at the rates displayed at the entry to the parking facility.

What facilities are available for special assistance customers?
While each of our parking facility has a number of accessible spaces available for Mobility Card Holders, unfortunately you are unable to reserve any specific space via the online reservation system.
