About Contracting Opportunities On-Line

The Contracting Opportunities On-Line website provides comprehensive project information for construction, architectural and engineering, goods, services, and concessions opportunities with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. The information contained within the site is updated on a daily basis in order to provide the latest, most complete project information available. The site is designed and managed by Mike Giardina, the Airports Authority's Procurement Technology Specialist. Instructions for Obtaining Solicitation Documents

Firms may obtain solicitation documents in the following manners:

• All solicitations that do not include drawings/blueprints can be downloaded from this site free of charge.
• Documents on CD-ROM and/or printed sets of documents are available for purchase at the rates stated on the individual project pages.  Documents may be picked up in person or ordered from the Airports Authority Plans Room. CLICK HERE for additional instructions.

Plans Room Hours and Location

Solicitation documents and contract proposals must be obtained from / submitted at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority's Plans Room, located in Suite 154 of the MWAA Corporate Office Building at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. The Plans Room's hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
