1-16-C050: Roadway Signage for Dulles Airport and Dulles Toll Road
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide fabrication and installation services for the replacement and upgrade of exterior signs on the Dulles Toll Road. All signs are located on ground mounted posts. Work must be in compliance with MUTCD, Way-Finding Design and Construction Standards in the Airports Authority’s Design Manual and Virginia Work Area Protection Manual.

1-16-C035: Airfield Panel Replacements, Dulles Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for the removal and reconstruction of the middle section of Taxilane C and the south section of Taxiway Z at Washington Dulles International Airport. The Taxilane C area is approximately 100 feet wide and 1,940 feet long. The Taxiway Z area is approximately 75 feet wide and 340 feet long, and also includes isoloated panel replacement at Taxiway Y11. The full depth reconstruction includes the replacement with full strength PCC pavement with new joint spacing and underdrain system. Maintenance of air traffic, stormwater pollution prevention and pavement markings are also included.

3-16-B0003: Automotive Lift Maintenance, Dulles Airport
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide annual maintenance, and repairs of in-ground and above-ground automotive lift equipment in accordance with current ANSI/ALIALOIM standards for the Equipment Maintenance Division at Washington Dulles International Airport.

1-16-C028: Construction Management Support Services
Description: The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to provide general construction management and administration, special inspection and material testing, survey/field inspection services, civil/mechanical/electrical inspections and building code plan reviews on an as needed basis to support the various construction projects at Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International Airports, the Dulles Airport Access Highway and the Dulles Toll Road. The Airports Authority anticipates awarding more than one contract. Contracts shall have a base period of 5 years with 2 one-year options and the estimated maximum value ranges from $1 to $3.5 Million annually.
