Student Ambassadors assist passengers in all terminals with way finding and strategically patrol the terminals based on peak-times and airline passenger loads. In addition they are stationed at the information podiums located on the baggage claim level. Student Ambassadors may also assist with wheelchair assistance, WWII Honor Flights, and sponsored special events and ceremonies.

Description of duties:
The Student Intern is responsible for assisting Risk Management Department staff with a wide variety of duties including:

  • Assisting with management of the Risk Management Information System (RMIS)

  • Developing articles for Lessons from Losses
