| Project Summary: | |
| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to rehabilitate the top joints of the east and west window bays (32 total) on the airside and landside of the Main Terminal at Washington Dulles International Airport. The project consists of repairs of the flexible seals and flashing at the top header of the window walls including cleaning of adjacent plasterwork. It also includes repairs of expansion joint and soffit of the exterior portion of roof at the east and west ends of terminal. The work requires phasing to maintain landside pedestrian traffic. | |
