| The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to construct a snow equipment storage facility and associated driving surfaces at Washington Dulles International Airport. Work includes site improvements, installation of a prefabricated metal building and site utilities and paving of the circulation roads and vehicle staging areas. | |||||||||||||||||||
