| The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to construct the Runway 33 Earthwork Package for the Runway 15-33 Safety Area Enhancements project at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Work includes shore stabilization removal, dredging, earth moving, marine embankment construction, settlement/surcharging, earth stabilization, erosion and scour control and geotechnical monitoring. | |||||||||||||||||||

| This federally funded project has a 10% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. A DBE is defined as a firm that is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more social and economically disadvantaged individual(s).
