| The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to construct the Runways 15-33 and 4-22 Safety Area Enhancements (General Package) at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Work includes bituminous and concrete pavement demolition, stormwater drainage work, embankment/excavation work, new bituminous and concrete pavement construction, installation of airfield lighting/signage infrastructure, install PAPIs, REILs and three EMAS systems, pavement markings, and grading and restoration of non-paved areas. | |||||||||||||||||||

| This federally funded project has a 25% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal. A DBE is defined as a firm that is at least 51% owned and controlled by one or more social and economically disadvantaged individual(s).
